Rules, terms and conditions and disclaimer

The premises of the “Cape Breton Eco Village” may only be entered with my express permission and in my presence or in the presence of one of my employees.

Visits are only permitted by prior arrangement.
Smoking or the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the entire grounds and in the buildings.
Careful and respectful treatment of nature is to be observed.
Any form of plastic, glass or metal waste that the visitor has brought to the facility, such as beverage cans or bottles, must be taken back by the visitor himself in order to dispose of them properly. No objects are thrown into the nature that do not belong there. When visiting the show house property, visitors must stay on the paths and follow my instructions or those of my employees. It is to be paid attention that plants are not damaged and animals are not disturbed. The consumption of plants or their fruits is only allowed with my explicit permission and after prior request.

Consultations and inspections on site are free of charge for all my clients who have already purchased a property through my company. For all visitors who do not qualify, a one-time inspection fee of $500 plus 15% tax will be charged. This amount will be fully offset against the purchase price after a possible acquisition of an area of my company and will be refunded.

The participation in the “open day” is free of charge for all visitors. The dates for this will be announced in good time at the beginning of the year.

The operator or his employees do not assume any liability of any kind, e.g. for possible damage to property, persons, assets or other damage that could be caused by entering the development or the show house and garden or by the inspection. Access is exclusively at the owner’s own risk and responsibility. Every visitor and participant expressly acknowledges this with his participation and / or entry to the site and buildings and confirms with his participation that he has read, understood and accepted these legal, business and liability conditions in advance.
